Stop making
hard things
harder.

I help people think more clearly, lead more effectively and understand what keeps getting in their way.

I spent more than twenty years in corporate America working with businesses, leaders and entrepreneurs. Today, my work is focused on the people behind the work: how they think, how they respond under pressure and what gets in the way of moving forward.

I'm the author of Most Likely, You're Fine.

The Book

Most Likely,
You're Fine

Stop stacking. Start living in what's real.

A small thing happens. Your brain adds meaning. Then it adds another layer. Before long, you're reacting to a story that may not be true.

I call that stacking.

Most Likely, You're Fine is about recognizing that pattern before it takes over. It helps you separate what actually happened from what you assumed, predicted or built on top of it.

This isn't about pretending problems don't exist. It's about getting better at responding to what is real instead of everything your brain says might happen next.

Work With Me

For people who want to lead better, respond better and understand what keeps getting in their way.

Most people I work with already know a lot.

  • They know they should have the conversation.
  • They know they need to stop second-guessing themselves.
  • They know they need to follow through.
  • They know they want to handle pressure differently.

The gap is usually not knowledge. It is what happens when real life gets involved.

That is where I work.

I help people understand the patterns behind how they operate so they can make better decisions, communicate more clearly and become more intentional in the way they show up.

My work is practical and personal. It is not about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself well enough to stop repeating the same patterns.

Speaking

Practical ideas people can use after the event is over.

I speak about the patterns that affect how people think, work and lead. The goal is simple: give people language for something they already experience and a better way to handle it when it shows up again.

Available for conferences, leadership meetings, workshops and podcasts.

About Erin

How people think, lead, make decisions and respond under pressure.

I spent more than twenty years in corporate America working alongside leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations navigating growth and change. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the human side of performance: why people react the way they do, why they get stuck and why knowing what to do does not always make it easier to do it.

Today, I am a partner at Inside Edge Leadership Development. My work centers on helping people better understand how they operate so they can lead with more awareness and perform with greater consistency.

I am also the author of Most Likely, You're Fine, my first book. I live in Texas and am a mom of two wonderful children.
